$ 19,999.99 $ 13,499.99

ESP Custom Shop Shinigami museum piece made for the NAMM convention in 2009. This guitar was built by ESP Japan’s Custom Shop master luthier Masao Orihalcon whom has built some of ESP’s most iconic Custom Shop one of a kind guitars over the years that are true masterpieces. Masao Orihalcon’s exceptional craftsmanship using the finest quality of premium woods and components brings to life some of the most unique, interesting and elaborate ideas that have ever been imagined to fabricate a guitar into.

Not only are Masao Orihalcon’s creations aesthetically stunning works of guitar art, but they are foremost fully functioning handmade superior quality instruments that play, sound and feel leaps and bounds better than any standard  production guitars on the market. Each one of these guitars are unique in their own right and have one of a kind features that you will not find on any other guitar in the world.

From ESP JAPAN : “This guitar is an image of “Shinigami” (God of Death) slashing a Scythe direct into the body. This The god of Death shows his face through the cyclone that has formed a crack spread throughout the body, and he seems ready to cut someone’s neck at any moment. The Scythe is angled to penetrate diagonally through the body.”

This guitar’s body shape can be seen as based out of a King V shape with a broken point or can be seen as an elongated Rhoads shape with a broken tip either way it starts off with a cool V shape. The body is elaborately hand carved to resemble the look of burnt wood with the “God of Death” face breaking through the center. The charcoal colored paint on the body and headstock help contribute to the burnt wood theme. On top of the body or rather through the body is a hand carved scythe that pierces through the V shape and the blade rests between the points of the V. The amount of detail in the wood work is phenomenal.

The guitar has a single Seymour Duncan JB humbucker in the bridge position controlled by a master volume control, a Floyd Rose tremolo system with locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. $ 9,299.99 $ 6,799.99

ESP Custom Shop SAKOKU “Dankon” R.S. Bullets museum piece made for the NAMM convention in 2010.

From ESP JAPAN : “Sakoku features a bullet hole in the guitar body in 3 dimensions. This custom guitar was named “Dankon” (Bullet Mark in English). The original image came from the Japanese Edo era, the Shogunate, the “national seclusion”(SAKOKU in Japanese), and Admiral Perry’s visit to Japan to open up the seclusion. The original name of this guitar was SAKOKU.”

This guitar has an ESP star shape made form a chambered alder body with a bolt-on maple neck and an ebony fretboard. The guitar most notably has realistic 3 dimensional routes to resemble gun shot wounds to the body and neck of the guitar. There are 5 gun shots total which are located at the upper headstock, the center if the body, and one at each of the 3 points of the guitars body. This is one of the most badass guitar concepts in existence and it is done extremely well! Aside from the cool aesthetics of the gun shot wounds, the holes combined with the chambered body make for a very light weight, well balanced and comfortable guitar weighing in at only 6lbs 5.3oz. The see through rusted metal ESP logo on the upper horn in-between two of the gun shot wounds reveals a rustic cage-like body chamber. The guitar body is bound in a studded sewn-on looking rustic design that meets in the center of the body and has realistic holes revealed in the midst of each shot gun blast which shows the level of artistry and detail the builder is known for.

The guitar neck is a standard 24.75” scale length with medium C neck profile, and a 12” fingerboard radius on a solid dark black ebony fretboard with no inlays. Th neck is equipped with Black Gotoh tuning machines, a brass nut, and 24 jumbo frets. This guitar has a single Seymour Duncan High-output SH-8B Invader bridge pickup which is loud, vicious and unapologetic controlled by a single master volume knob. The guitar has a Tune-O-Matic bridge with a string though body design and a bolt-on neck.

This guitar is in near mint condition with only a couple of minor scratches that blend in with the rest of the guitars finish scheme. The guitar has not been gigged and does not have any belt buckle marks pick scratches. This guitar has been freshly re-strung with .09-.42 gauge strings and setup in standard A440 tuning. The other of the 2 did not have the flaming fretboard inlay and had mini skull & cross bones instead which was used as a display at the 2009 NAMM convention. This guitars body was hand carved by Jimmy Diresta and the paint job was done by Dan Lawrence. The body is made from alder and us carved into the shape of a screaming skull with carved flames shooting out through the back of the head. ESP Michael Wilton M-II Custom “NYC Grafitti” “Queensryche” 1990

0 out of 5 based on 0 customer rating(s)
$ 9,999.99 $ 8,999.99

For sale on Consignment: ESP Michael Wilton M-II Custom “NYC Grafitti” made between 1990-94. This iconic guitar is one of the rarest Queensryche related models with only 4 documented to have been made 3 of which were for Michael Wilton of Queensryche. Michael can be seen playing the Graffiti model in the music video for the song “Empire”.  This guitar was purchased in 1994 by the previous owner who was told it was used by Michael in the music video, however after asking Michael about this guitar he confirmed that it is not the exact one that he used. Although it is possible someone could have custom ordered this guitar at the time there is wide speculation as to whether or not this custom paint job was an option as it was made by artist Eddie Meeks.

This ESP M-II custom features an alder body, 3-piece maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The guitar comes equipped with a Floyd rose tremolo with locking nut, Gotoh tuning machines and black hardware. The guitar neck has a 25.5” scale length with a thin U-shape profile, off-set block inlays and cream binding. The original Seymour Duncan pickups have been replaced with EMG 81 & 85’s and are controlled by a single volume knob and 3-way switch.

The guitar is in excellent condition for its age with only light belt buckle rash on the back of the body and very small dings on the face of the guitar back of the body and neck (see photos). This guitar is especially fun for me to list as I have been the second guitar player in Queensryche for the past 12 years. The guitar has been freshly re-strung and setup in standard A440 tuning with .10-.46 gauge strings and comes with the original ESP hardshell case. Buy both the ESP Chris Degarmo “Warhol” and the Michael Wilton “Graffiti” for $1,000 discount on both guitars!

ESP Custom Shop Chris Degarmo “Warhol” 3281 MII made in 2005. This iconic guitar is probably the rarest Queensryche related model with only one other documented replica built by the ESP Custom shop other than Chris Degarmo’s. This ESP M-II features an alder body, 3-piece maple neck and ebony fretboard. The inlays on the fretboard are Triryches up until the 12th fret when they switch to diamonds. The custom “Warhol” graphic is an Andy Warhol inspired multi-color square graphic of outlined Triryches. This guitar was ordered through the custom shop using Chris Degarmo’s original spec sheet that ESP was able to replicate. The guitar was ordered in 2003 with its completion in 2005. This particular guitar has two slight factory modifications compared to Chris’s original which are EMG pickups instead of Seymour Duncans and 24 frets instead of 22.

The guitar is in excellent condition with only light belt buckle rash on the back of the body and one very small ding on the face of the guitar (see photos). The guitar still has the plastic intact on the rear control cavity. This guitar is especially fun for me to list as I have been the replacement guitarist for Chris Degarmo for the past 12 years. The guitar has been freshly re-strung and setup in standard A440 tuning with .10-.46 gauge strings and comes with the original ESP hardshell case. $ 3,199.99

ESP Ltd Devil Girl in Fire Red Satin finish made in 2003. This guitar is new! Freshly unboxed for the first time since being built to photograph and list. These guitar were originally made in a limited run of only 100 made worldwide. This guitar came to me from a dealer that had it still in the original box unopened. I purchased this guitar as well  as a second one from another seller at the same time. The second one was broken in shipping so make it 99 of these guitars known in existence…

This guitar features a composite body with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The body is an elaborate mold of a devil girl with bat wings,  and a devil tail that seamlessly transitions into a mother of pearl fretboard inlay. The fretboard markers are mother of pearl flame inlays. The guitar is equipped with a single EMG H-4 pickup with a master volume knob. The neck is a slim C shape and has 22 extra jumbo frets.

This guitar is as mint as you can get and comes with the original hardshell case, case candy, and even original box! Despite being a new guitar the original strings had corroded over time, so this guitar has been freshly re-strung, the frets have been cleaned and is setup in standard tuning.

$ 9,599.99 $ 7,399.99

Jackson USA Custom Shop Pablo Santana Masterbuilt Extreme Warrior Double Neck 6 & 7 string made in 2009. This custom built one of a kind guitar was built by master luthier Pablo Santana whom created a series of custom one-off and limited run body shapes that were extreme versions of Jackson guitar’s  already edgy shaped models such as the Warrior and Kelly. The original owner of this guitar had a large collection of Pablo Santana’s One-off & Extreme bodied guitars and had this guitar custom ordered which was featured at the 2009 NAMM convention along with several other masterbuilt guitars that we now have listed at Diablo Guitars.

This guitar features a base model of a cross between an  Extreme Warrior & Kelly and is split between an upper 6-string intended for leads and a lower 7-string for rhythms. The Guitar is controlled by a single 3-way selector switch in which the upper position is the isolated 6-string, the middle position is off, and the down position is the isolated 7-string. The guitar comes equipped with EMG 81 & 85 in the 6-string and EMG 707’s in the 7-string.

The guitar body is made out of high quality light-weight mahogany with a 3-piece mahogany neck and ebony fretboard with string-thru construction. The guitar weighs in at an impressive 11lbs 15.4 oz which is light for a guitar of this size and wood selections. This custom-bodied guitar is finished in a custom graphic made by world renown fantasy artist Mauricio Herrera. The finish that covers the entire body, headstock and neck (with exception to the fingerboard). The paint job seamlessly covers the dual sets of EMG pickups and pickup rings as well as the sides and bottom of the guitar. The guitar has mother of pearl inlays that are the “Extreme” versions of the classic Jackson Shark fins that feature sharper cuts and points and can be seen in some of Pablo Santanas Masterbuilt guitars. Both sets of “Extreme” inlays point inward as well as both headstock which are inlayed in mother of pearl Jackson logos. Both guitar necks feature Jackson’s standard .790-.850 neck thickness, compound radius fingerboards, 24 Jumbo Frets and both have 25.5” scale lengths.

Jackson USA Custom Super Strat (Charvel San Dimas Style) With Fender Headstock Flame Graphic 1991

0 out of 5 based on 0 customer rating(s)
SOLD

Jackson USA Custom Super Strat in Carvel San Dimas style with a custom double-sided Flame graphic made in 1991.  A very limited number of USA Charvel guitars were made during this time when Charvel was being used as an import line for Jackson, and only a handful of people around the world got the pure USA models from the custom shop. This guitar features a Fender Strat headstock which was prior to Fender owning Jackson and Charvel. This is exceptionally rare, and collectors will note that it wasn’t until 1995 that Jackson brought back the USA Charvel San Dimas and had to modify the headstock shape so as not to infringe on the Fender design. This is an example of one of the only pure USA Charvel San Dimas made by USA Jackson and only available to be exported internationally due to Fender’s headstock and logo copyrights within the U.S.

This guitar features an ash body with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The guitar is equipped with a single Dimarzio Gravity Storm humbucker controlled by a single master volume knob. The guitar features the rare gold Floyd Rose that is branded with the Jackson, Floyd Rose, and Schaller names all on the same bridge and is stamped as being made in Germany. The graphic which is the Jackson “Hot Rod Flames” is double-sided which I have not been able to find another example of a Jackson with the same double-sided graphic. The graphic was done throughout the entire body of the guitar which you can see inside the pickup and control cavities. The Charvel neck features 22 jumbo frets with a slim D shape profile and has a Fender style headstock.

I have reached out to the previous owner as to the history of this guitar and have found that the guitar was originally purchased by a U.S soldier stationed in Germany. The guitar work order #7585 has been confirmed as a custom order originally entered into the Jackson database. This guitar is in fantastic condition with very little to no wear. It comes with the original Jackson hardshell case and original Jackson owner’s manual/warranty card.

ESP Custom Shop Gus G Prototype Owned & Used W/Firewind & Ozzy Osbourne Satin Black 2012

0 out of 5 based on 0 customer rating(s)
$ 12,999.99

ESP Custom Shop Gus G NT-III Signature Model Prototype made in 2012 owned and played by Gus in Firewind and Ozzy Osboune. This guitar was Gus G’s number one axe for a long period of time and can be seen in countless live performances, video interviews, clinics, and in the Guitar World magazine article included with this listing. This guitar made in 2012 was a prototype to Gus G’s signature model that was released in 2014 which saw the change of 22 frets to 24 frets using the same Star NT shape and in satin black finish.  Any footage of Gus using a 24 fret signature model in satin black was THIS actual guitar. Check out some of the youtube links that I have provided below.

This guitar is in the same condition and state as when I received it from Gus, as I wanted to keep the same tour wear, vibe and patina as it had come fresh off of tour. The beat up case with flight check stickers, the tape to hold guitar picks to throw out to fans during performances, and even the used strings and dirty frets I have left all intact. Ordinarily I would clean up everything but I wanted to keep the guitar 100% how I got it, I am happy to clean up as I do all of my other guitars if requested.

The specs of  the guitar are an alder body with maple neck-thru and bound rosewood fretboard. The neck is 25.5” scale length with a 12” radius and thin U shape equipped with 24 extra jumbo frets. The guitar has Gus G’s signature Seymour Duncan Fire Blackouts, controlled by a master volume with a 3-way pickup selector switch and a 2-Way BMP-1 preamp switch. The guitar has black hardware with locking sperzel tuners, and locking Tone Pros bridge & stop tailpiece.

This guitar comes with a signed magazine featuring Gus G on the cover and has an in depth interview with Gus which features several photos of THIS guitar. Also included is Gus G’s guitar pick, and I am also happy to make a COA if requested. If you would like additional information on how I acquired the guitar or any additional verification please contact me (serious inquiries only!) -Parker Lundgren

The 3-bolt neck plate serial number dates to 1974, the neck stamp dates to 1974 and the pots & pickups date to 1974. The original single coil pickups sound crisp and clear with a killer vintage vibe. The F-style 70s Fender tuning machines are in excellent condition, and the original knobs, pickup covers, and switch cap are aged white along with the olympic white finish that has yellowed. The original frets are warn but still have plenty of life left and all frets on all strings ring out. This guitar has aged very nicely and is reminiscent of Yngwie Malmsteen’s 70’s Strat

The guitar is in overall very good condition with the only damage being cosmetic finish dings, dents and scratches. The clear coat has warn through in places overtime which makes makes the guitar sensitive and susceptible to wear and dirt. There is a spot near the input jack where dirt has stuck to the body where the clear coat has worn.  The back of the guitar is fairly clean and the majority of wear is on the bottom of the guitar as well as surrounding the pick-guard. There is a ding on both horns of the body, as well as a ding on the back of the neck but  was most likely finely sanded by a luthier to be flush as you can not feel it. This guitar has been freshly restrung with .090-.042 gauge strings and setup in standard tuning. Comes with original Fender hardshell case with orange interior.

$ 1,999.99

Fender Stratocaster hardtail in natural finish made in 1978. This guitar features an Ash body and maple 3-bolt neck which both date to 1977. The 3 grey bobbin single coil pickups date to 1978 and are in fantastic shape. The pots date to 1977 and 1978, and the serial number inside the pick-guard matches the serial number on the headstock both dating to 1977. This guitar is all original with the exception of the brass nut and a 5-way switch. The original hardware including the 70s F-style tuning machines are in excellent condition, the only parts that are beginning to tarnish are the string trees on the headstock which are easily replaceable. The original frets have very little wear and plenty of life left, and the body and neck are in fantastic shape overall.

There is a finish crack in the clear-coat that looks like a scratch on the back of the body, as well as a couple of small dents on the front of the guitar above the pick-guard, and some small dings on the butt of the guitar towards the lower strap button and a ding on the lower horn (see photos). Other than that the guitar is in very good condition. This guitar has been freshly restrung with 09-42 gauge strings and setup in standard tuning. Comes with original hardshell case.
