Description
Vintage Gibson Humming Bird Custom in Natural finish made in the Kalamazoo Factory in 1974 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a dreadnaught double bound mahogany back & sides body with a sitka spruce top, 3-piece mahogany neck with volute and bound rosewood fingerboard. The 24.75″ scale length neck has mother of pearl block inlays and 20 medium jumbo frets on a 12” radius with a slim taper neck profile. The hardware is comprised of it’s original nickel Grover rotomatic tuning machines, a bone nut, a rosewood bridge with bone saddle and etched hummingbird pickguard.
This vintage guitar is in overall very good condition for it’s age. It has moderate signs of play, some scuffs, scratches, light dings, dents and some light finish wear (see pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 12-53 strings and includes original hard shell case.
