Description
Vintage Peavey T-40 Bass in Black finish made in USA in 1981 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid ash body, bi-laminated hard rock maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a set of “Toaster Style” Red Rhodes Designed Blade Humbuckers in the neck and bridge position. Controlled by 2-volume, 2-tone knobs, a 2-way toggle phase switch and a 3-way toggle selector switch. The 34” scale length neck has white dot inlays and 20 jumbo frets with a D neck profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome peavey open gear tuning machines, a metal nut, a peavey die-cast string-thru hardtail bridge, and Peavey die-cast top hat knobs with the sharp “P” Logo and a 3-ply black/white pickguard.
This VintageBass is in overall good condition, it has scuffs, scratches some digs/ dents and normal wear (see pics)
Bass is freshly setup and restrung with 40-100 strings and includes original hard shell case.
