We strive to earn your business, trust and satisfaction. All items are carefully gone through, examined, documented, described and photographed by our professional staff, and to the best of our ability. With used instruments there can still be potential issues that can be missed, so please ask us for any details, photos, or to verify original parts prior to purchasing.
Diablo Guitars offers a 48-hour return policy, per approval, on all guitars, amps, and pedals, either from the date of purchase for in store transactions, or date of arrival for shipped orders. This 48-hour period is for the buyer to make sure that the instrument is in the condition and originality we advertised. The customer is responsible for confirming all details about item(s) with Diablo Guitars prior to purchase, and we reserve the right to deny any return request based on misguided assumptions.
Before returning any item, the customer must call, email, or text, to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs, both ways, as well as any other fees associated with the transaction such as non-refundable transaction fees.
Returned items must be returned in the same condition as when they left the store. Any item returned not in the same condition it left our store is subject to a 10 percent restocking fee, and/or cost of replacement parts, and/or associated costs of damages to be repaired, at our sole discretion.
For logistical reasons we are unable to accept returns on any transaction involving a trade, either in store or online.
Clearance items and items discounted below the advertised price are sold “as is” and subject to refusal of return by our sole discretion.
We do not under any circumstances issue partial refunds.
International customers are included in all the above policies and are likewise responsible for the costs of shipping both ways, despite the high cost of international shipping. Partial refunds will not be issued for international orders under any circumstances.
